Mary Clementine{Martin} Hinkle Neal
Bubble Bread
1 1/2 cup of warm water
1 pkg. of dry yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
4 cups of flour
Mix well. Let dough rise double.
Make 28 small balls, dip in butter. Add ball in cinnamon and 1 stick of butter. Stack in angel food pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

1 large package of Apricot Jell-O
2 cups of Hot Water
2 cups of Cold Water
1 can of crushed Pineapple - Drain and keep the juice
1 cup of Miniature Marshmallows
2 diced Bananas
1/2 cup of Nuts{optional}
Topping
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 egg - beaten
1/2 cup of Pineapple Juice
2 tablespoons of Flour
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 small pkg. of Whipped Cream Cheese
1 pkg. of Dream Whip
Add topping to the top of the finished {hardened/stiff} Jell-O

Aunt Mary's
Pumpkin Cake
4 Eggs
2 cups of Sugar
Beat together
1 cup of Wesson Oil
Add to the eggs and sugar and beat well
2 cups of Flour
2 tsp.. of Soda
2 tsp.. of Cinnamon
Sift together
1/2 tsp. of Salt
1 cup of Pumpkin
Mix all together. Bake in bundt for 55 min. @ 350
